These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of lilboard.com("lilboard", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by MYNZ Limited in New Zealand. By accessing or using lilboard, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

lilboard is a creator marketplace that lets people publish boards and posts, share public links, and monetise content through one-time post unlocks and monthly subscriptions. We provide hosting, discovery tools, and payment infrastructure. We are a platform — not the publisher of creator content unless we state otherwise.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use lilboard on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Creators sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google account secure. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or harm the platform.

Your content. You retain ownership of content you upload or publish, subject to the licence below. You are solely responsible for your boards, posts, comments settings, pricing, and anything you make available to visitors or paying customers.

Licence to us. You grant MYNZ Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote your content as needed to operate lilboard — including making public posts discoverable on the open web and showing previews, titles, and metadata in search results or on the site.

Prohibited content. You must not publish or sell content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, contains malware, promotes violence or hatred, exploits minors, is fraudulent, or otherwise violates applicable law or these Terms. We may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion.

Payments and fees. Paid access is processed through Stripe. Creators must complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts. lilboard charges a platform fee of 10% on eligible creator earnings unless we state otherwise in writing. Stripe may charge separate processing fees. You are responsible for any taxes owed on your earnings.

No guaranteed income. Earnings depend on your audience, pricing, and content. Calculator and marketing examples on the site are estimates only, not promises of results.

When you purchase a post unlock or subscription, you pay the price shown at checkout plus any applicable taxes or fees disclosed by Stripe. Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use unless the creator permits otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled according to the flow provided at purchase. You can manage or cancel recurring billing through the payment method or links made available by Stripe or lilboard.

Refunds are generally not offered except where required by law or where we expressly agree in writing. Because digital content can be accessed immediately, statutory cooling-off rights may not apply in some jurisdictions once access is granted. lilboard's name, branding, software, and site design are owned by MYNZ Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse our platform except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

If you believe content on lilboard infringes your rights, email hello@lilboard.com with enough detail for us to investigate.

lilboard is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Creator content is not our advice. Especially for finance, investing, health, legal, or other professional topics, content on lilboard is for general information only. It is not personalised advice. Creators are responsible for their own statements. You should seek independent professional advice before acting on any content.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and public search or AI discovery of posts is not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MYNZ Limited and its directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of lilboard or creator content.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) NZD $100, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law (including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies to consumers in trade).

You agree to indemnify MYNZ Limited against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of lilboard, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using lilboard at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing the service becomes impractical. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Material changes may be announced on the site. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
