1. Who we are
lilboard.com("lilboard", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by MYNZ Limited, a company incorporated in New Zealand. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you use our website and services.
Questions about privacy can be sent to hello@lilboard.com.
2. Information we collect
Account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, display name, profile image URL, and Google account identifier. We use this to create and manage your account.
Creator and board information. If you create a board, we store the board name, description, avatar, pricing settings, and content you publish (including posts, images, and comments settings).
Payment information. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe may provide us with transaction identifiers, payment status, subscription status, and limited billing details needed to operate the marketplace. Creators who receive payouts connect a Stripe account through Stripe Connect.
Usage and technical data. We may collect information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referral URLs, and timestamps. We use this to secure the service, prevent abuse, and understand how the platform is used.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as language), and operate core site functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:

4. Public content
Posts and board pages you choose to make public may be visible to anyone on the internet, including search engines and AI tools that index public web pages. Do not publish personal information you do not want to be public. Premium or locked content is shown only to purchasers or active subscribers according to your settings and our access controls.
5. How we share information
We may share personal information with:
- Service providers who help us run the platform, such as hosting, analytics, email, and payment processors (including Google for sign-in and Stripe for payments).

- Authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect users, our rights, or the security of the service.
- Business transfers if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell your personal information.

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it where reasonably possible.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong Google account and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
9. Your rights
Under New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020, you may have rights to access and correct personal information we hold about you, and to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner if you believe we have interfered with your privacy.
To request access or correction, email hello@lilboard.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
